Publications Policy
The Rambler and its staff strives to settle for nothing but excellence as an online publication. We believe in the principles of honesty and integrity in reporting. Our responsibility as student journalists is to provide fair, balanced, comprehensive coverage of news, features, sports, entertainment, and the latest information about school events. We aim to inform and provide timely content to a broad cross-section of readers, including the Cathedral Prep student body, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and alumni.
The Rambler is a news website updated regularly throughout the academic calendar year with content written by student staff members. While all student journalists on The Rambler will uphold the terms of the Cathedral Prep Student Handbook, remember the articles are written by high school students learning the skills of journalism. Ideas and opinions expressed by student journalists are their own and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or official positions of Cathedral Preparatory School.
