Music has an insane impact on Nick Frisina. Music helps Nick focus and really get his work done. Nick sits in study halls listening to music because it is one of his hobbies. Music brings life to Nick.
Nick likes all kinds of music, such as country, rap, alternative, etc. He does not like radio music. It is not enjoyable for him to listen to the radio, but what is enjoyable to Nick is country music. Nick loves country music the most out of all of his music. It is fun music and puts him in a positive mood.
Nick’s favorite band is Dave Matthews. Nick listens to them because their music is unique, and they have a lot of instruments including a saxophone and violin. “They are a really good live because they stretch their songs out and it doesn’t get boring,” Nick said.
Nick also has another favorite which is “Kyle.” Kyle’s music is not normal rap music. He raps about video games and other PG-rated things. He is a good 90s-style rapper and his music is not always vulgar like most rap music. “He’s a goofy rapper,” Nick said.
Nick loves concerts because they make him appreciate live music and he can see all the hard work they put in to putting on a good show. The concerts that Nick has attended include Chris Young, Kyle, Zac Brown Band, Dave Matthews Band, Jimmy Buffett, and Florida Georgia Line.
Nick went to all of the concerts with family. It was fun being able to go to a concert while having fun and being free. Road trips were fun. The farthest Nick and his family went was right outside of Pittsburgh. It was an outside concert. The performer was Jimmy Buffett.
Jimmy Buffett was the best concert Nick has ever went to in his life. Nick called it “boat music” and it reminds him of summertime. Jimmy Buffett’s music makes him feel like he’s at the beach even though he’s not.
Nick liked all of the concerts but Jimmy Buffett was the best concert he has been to. For the concerts that Nick has attended, he lists Jimmy Buffett as his favorite followed by Kyle, Dave Matthews Band, Florida Georgie Line, Zac Brown Band, and Chris Young.
All in all, music makes Nick happy and feel good. If he is ever in a bad mood, he will put his music on and automatically transition into a better mood than he was in before.
