Robbie Wierbinski is a senior here at Cathedral Prep who just joined the journalism staff this year. There are many things Rob enjoys doing in his free time, such as hanging out with friends and spending time with his family.
Out of all the things he does his favorite thing to do is to make money. He’s maintained a solid job at Five Guys Burgers and Fries for about seven months now and expects to keep working there. His job mostly requires him to be a cashier, but he also has experience cooking.
“My favorite thing to do there is to cook burgers and make sure they are made to perfection,” he said.
Robbie stated that he’s definitely a people person and has no problem dealing with customers. “Now that I have been working there for more than half a year I pretty much know how to do everything.”
Rob’s next goal is to work hard enough to achieve a raise. He stated that he’s going to make sure that he does everything correctly and that he will put a lot of hard work in. Every business has some perks for working there. Rob said that his favorite thing is “getting a free meal after every shift because 5 Guys is usually kind of expensive, but the food is so good.”
He added, “I highly encourage everyone to try their milkshakes because they are very underrated.” Developing a good work ethic is something Rob seems to have accomplished and can only hope to continue it.
“ I believe if I can keep working hard in everything I do in life then everything will turn out OK for me.”
