The seasons are quickly changing, and the air is slowly warming. Mornings are now being consumed by the sweet hum of the blue birds. With this change in atmosphere individuals can often feel themselves having a shift in their mindset. Oftentimes individuals can feel trapped within their own minds during the winter season. But now with warmer days approaching individuals may feel the need to clear their mind as well as their house.
“I enjoy when the seasons change from winter to summer it’s a breath of fresh air within my soul,” junior Sarah Lathan said.
A quick shift of weather reminds a lot of individuals of who they are and who they want to become. The warm weather upon an individual’s skin can benefit their mindset by allowing positive energy to flow. With this positive energy flowing throughout their bones individuals may want to declutter one’s house. Clutter around one’s surroundings can affect one’s mindset.
“When I clean my room, I feel renewed,” junior Piper Holland said. “As if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I can finally breathe again.”
Waking up to clean room and or house is much more refreshing than waking up to a half-eaten lunch from two weeks ago. Spring is one of the best seasons to get rid off old things and objects that do not serve a purpose. It’s a seasonal of renewal and warmth. Taking back control of one’s life can be very rewarding as well as empowering. Spring cleaning can allow an individual’s life to develop in spectacular ways.
