This week our staff answered the question: If you could be guaranteed one thing in life besides money, what would you choose and why?

I cannot wait for spring. I am most looking forward to warmer weather. When the days are longer and the sun is out, everything seems brighter. It just means that summer is coming, school is ending, and fun is on its way. I am also looking forward to my trip over spring break. I am planning on flying alone to visit my cousin in North Carolina. I’ve saved up money for a plane ticket, and I cannot wait. My family won’t be joining me, but I plan on looking at East Carolina University. This is where I want to go to college, so it is important to go on a college visit. I can’t wait for the warmer weather and to see my cousin.

The thing I’m most excited for is being able to get out on the course again and play some golf. I have a membership for an indoor facility but its just not the same. Being able to play golf on a sunny 70 degree day just feels great and is an instant boost in my mood. And getting to play golf with my friends always ends up with us making it a competition. I’ve also gotten better over winter so being able to start playing courses again will really put what I’ve learnt to the test. I plan on going to the course Tobacco Road in April so that makes me even more excited for spring.
