Top+5+Video+Games+of+2018

1. Fortnite Battle Royale
Number one on the list of the Top 5 Video Games of 2018 is Fortnite Battle Royal. Epic games really made a hit when they introduced Fortnite. Similar to The Hunger Games, Fortnite brings a roaring and electrifying effect. Players have the option to build during close encounters with enemies trying to kill them. There are plenty of cheats in the game hidden all over the map that give players resources to protect themselves from the enemy. On the home screen players have the option to play solo, duos, squad, or special game modes. Even though Fortnite is a free game, Epic Games made more than 1 billion dollars in in-game purchases.
2. Spider-Man.
Coming a long way in graphics, Spider-Man brings 4K quality as players fly from building to building fighting crime throughout the city. Like in the movie, some of the main characters and villains are in the game. Players can change Spider-Man’s costume to some unique, creative options. They can also change Spider-Mans weapons and his abilities when fighting enemies.
3. Far Cry 5
Within its first week out, Far Cry 5 was in high demand. Ubisoft announced Far Cry 5 made more than 310 million dollars within the first week. The setting of the game is in the wilderness of Montana. Players have to protect different villages from mercenaries and hunt for animals for food. One player of the game, Noah King from Erie, Pa. said, “The open world is absolutely amazing and well-detailed. It’s a lot of fun to jump from the edge of the cliff and glide in the air using your wing suit.”
4. Call of Duty: WWll
Call of Duty: WWII takes players back in history with an incredible first-person point of view shooting game. Going back in time all of the weapons and gear are from World War II. Players can team up in multiplayer mode or play campaigns with people to take on the enemies and win. In three days the game sold up to 500 million dollars.
5. Red Dead Redemption 2
Even though it will not be released until October 26, 2018, people are already raving about the amazing features on the trailer. The game has a western theme and is an action/adventure game developed by Rockstar Games. The game involves outlaws and gunslingers in a third person perspective. When it releases, it likely will compete to be considered the number one game of 2018.
