Prom Dos and Dont’s

Prom Dos and Donts

Kendra Piotrowski, Multimedia Coordinator

With prom quickly approaching, those attending need to know the dos and don’ts of prom so that all can have a safe and fun night. This is a night the seniors look forward to all year. This time of year can cause a lot of stress to everyone. From finding a dress, to finding a place to eat, a place to take pictures, and having a good night. And with stress, this can cause some to act or do things when we aren’t even thinking. With that being said here are some dos and don’ts for prom.

Do: take many pictures to remember the night.
Don’t: cause trouble or damage anything.

Do: wear something you feel confident in.
Don’t: feel pressured to do anything you are not comfortable with.

Do: show respect to the hosts.
Don’t: get to the dance after 9 p.m. because no students are allowed in after that.

Do: make dinner reservations early in advance.

With rules and regulations, be sure to have fun and enjoy the night with your friends. Although it is hard not to stress, just remember this is only happening one night in your life, enjoy it and soak up as much happiness as you can.
